Advantage #4 – Extensive Training Program
Training is a critical part of SEVEN’s holistic approach to quality, and our exceptional training program far exceeds the industry standard. The program equips an officer with the essential skills to be productive in an ever-changing work environment. Officers must pass a sixteen-hour training regimen before they are assigned to a specific position. Next, officers are certified after a documented on-the-job practice period to ensure that they are competent in the skills needed at that location. Each officer is also recertified bi-annually to guarantee that the officer fully understands all aspects of the position.
SEVEN delivers two other key training components: a commitment to career development, and monthly refresher training. Each officer is interviewed by SEVEN’s human resources manager during selection and in each year of employment to discuss a career development plan. We understand that employees who see an advancement path are more engaged at work. We facilitate that goal not only at the account level but also at the regional level.
Our monthly refresher training is specific to the client, quantifiable, and documented for validation. Our experience bears witness to the fact that at each location our officers must never lose their focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that allow us to deliver high-quality service.
