| Level 1 - Qualifying Requirements |

Candidates must be able to show evidence of |
| |
- A high school diploma or its equivalent;
- Two years of security experience, a law enforcement background, or an honorable military discharge;
- Employment Eligibility Verification through a completed I-9 Form from the Department of Homeland Security;
- Clean driving record with valid driver's license; and
- Proof of at least 21 years of age.

| Level 2 - Application Process |
| |
Candidates must undergo |
| |
- A review of a detailed application by human resources personnel; and
- A phone interview with recruiting personnel.
|
 |
Level 3 - Thorough Interview Process
|
| |
Candidates must show competency in |
| |
- An interview with SEVEN's human resources manager; and
- An interview with and acceptance by the project or site manager.
|
 |
Level 4 - Assessment Testing and Profile Mapping
|
| |
Candidates must successfully complete |
| |
- A comprehensive psychological testing for general intelligence, cognitive ability, and basic verbal skills;
- Validated testing that measures tendencies for leadership, trustworthiness, courtesy, maturity, conscientiousness, and commitment to completing tasks; and.
- A review of specific job site functions and requirements and a demonstrated understanding of the tasks.

Level 5 - Detailed Criminal Background Investigation
|

Candidates must pass |
| |
- A criminal background screening;
- Verification of social security number;
- Verification of education; and
- Drug screening
|
 |
Level 6 - Personal Work History and References
|
| |
Candidates must provide |
| |
- Evidence of successful ten-year work history;
- Three employment references; and
- A list of personal references from which the human resources manager will select and contact three.

Level 7 - Pre-assignment Employee Career Development Plan
|
| |
Employees will participate in |
| |
- Plan development with the human resources manager before being assigned to a client’s site;
- On-the-job training and a discussion of learning expectations with a supervisor;
- Continued training and development provided by SEVEN; and
- An annual opportunity meeting and career review with supervisors
