Training is a critical part of SEVEN’s holistic approach to quality. Our program provides an officer with the essential skills to be productive in an ever-changing work environment.
Officers must first pass a sixteen-hour training regimen. Once assigned to a specific position, officers are certified after a documented on-the-job practice period to ensure that they are competent at that location. The officers are recertified semi-annually to guarantee that they retain a full understanding of all aspects of their positions.
SEVEN is also commitment to each officer’s career development. During the selection process, the officer is interview by the management team to prepare a career development plan. Each year, that plan is revisited to ensure that employees are totally engaged in their work and see a path for advancement both at the account and regional level.
Monthly refresher training is specific to the client and is quantifiable and documented for validation. Experience shows that officers must never lose focus on delivering the appropriate level of quality service to the client as measured through key performance indicators.
